An Out-of-This-World Event Experience
OVERVIEW
To prepare for the busiest and most sales-driven season, we were tasked with designing an event that was truly larger than life. This annual celebration featured performances by internationally renowned artists and was eagerly anticipated by all attendees. Our mission was to craft a distinctive visual identity and event atmosphere that not only reflected the event's grandeur but also inspired sales agents to perform at their peak during the season.
ROLE
As the Senior Design Manager, I led a team of four designers in conceptualizing, developing, and executing the creative vision for the event. This encompassed everything from initial ideation and branding to the final execution of digital, print, and environmental graphics. I collaborated closely with event organizers, marketing teams, and production crews to ensure a seamless experience that aligned with both the strategic goals and the high-energy atmosphere of the event. Additionally, I played a key role in refining brand messaging, overseeing the production of over 100 deliverables, and ensuring that every touchpoint reflected a cohesive and engaging theme.
Challenges

Solution
To ensure the event felt immersive, cohesive, and visually stunning, we focused on a bold creative direction centered around a futuristic, intergalactic theme. The strategy included:

Digital: Custom Instagram filters, motion graphics, and social media assets to drive engagement.
Print: Posters, event programs, and large-scale signage for a cohesive brand presence.
