Sales Masters Awards (SMA) is Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ largest internal event—bringing together top performers from across the company. For 2024, we set out to push it further: transforming a traditional awards ceremony into a fully branded, multi-day experience rooted in energy, culture, and storytelling.
Outcome
Elevated attendee engagement, successfully transported attendees to a New Orleans-inspired experience, and set a new creative benchmark for future SMA events.
