about Ed
I’m Edgar Sierra — a creative leader with 10+ years building brands, campaigns, and experiences across hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and entertainment. I’ve led creative at scale: managing multidisciplinary teams, supporting 30+ resort properties, overseeing hundreds of touchpoints, and shaping award-winning work recognized by ARDA, ADDY, and Big M.
My career has taken me from the decks of cruise ships to live event stages, hospitality brands, fintech startups, packaging systems, and entertainment experiences, always with a focus on building work that feels intentional, immersive, and human. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I’ve created for audiences across the U.S. and Latin America, leading projects that span brand identity, experiential, digital, print, social, video, and campaign ecosystems.
At my core, I’m a versatile creative who believes the best work lives somewhere between strategy and imperfection. My aesthetic often leans dark, textured, and cinematic, think Converse meets Jeep, but I’m equally drawn to warmth, elegance, and restraint when the story calls for it. Range matters. Good design should flex without losing its point of view.
I grew up on comic books, horror films, and action movies, the kinds of stories where every frame matters. I’m endlessly inspired by directors like Christopher Nolan, Edgar Wright, and visual storytellers like Saul Bass, who understood how to distill emotion, tension, and meaning into something deceptively simple. That mindset shapes how I approach creative: every touchpoint is part of a larger world worth building.
Outside of work, I sketch, shoot photography, and study filmmaking. I’m just as interested in process as the final product, which is probably why I care as much about building strong creative systems as I do about the finished piece itself.
I bring grit, curiosity, humor, and heart into everything I make. The goal is simple: create work that feels real, memorable, and alive.
If you're building something that needs to feel like something — let's talk.
